We are halfway done with 2018 already?!?! That’s hard to believe!
For CBI, the first six months of the year have been stellar and is turning out to easily be one of our best years yet! Below you will find our mid-year review.
Our Sales & Marketing Team just got back from the National WBENC Conference held in Detroit, which is our biggest conference of the year. This year was great since the host location is only two hours away from our global headquarters. We made sure to celebrate by helping host the Great Lakes WBC Network Reception on Tuesday night of the conference. CBI is honored to attend and we can’t wait to dive into next year’s conference in Baltimore, Maryland!
Another one of our major conferences is the AOTMP Summit in Orlando, Florida. Since we are strong supporters of what AOTMP does and a Certified AOTMP Solution, we find it very important to be not only in attendance, but involved with the conference. For those of you in attendance, our Director of Product Development, Vince Cobb, made a presentation on The Magic Unicorn: The Ideal TEM that Avoids Migration Pitfalls. For us this was our best year yet attending the AOTMP Summit, and we are already looking forward to next year!
Speaking of AOTMP, CBI recently re-certified as an AOTMP Efficiency First Certified Solution. We are proud to announce that together our team scored a perfect 1,000 points! This qualifies our GTEM Solutions, Audit and Optimization Package, Procurement and Help Desk offerings as Efficiency First Certified Solutions. CBI is Growing!
Our company is growing by the minute and we have many growth goals for the remainder or 2018. Although not in the last six months, Laura Maleski joined the CBI team in November of 2017 as a GTEM Solution CSM. Soon after, Sue Grossenbacher joined as a Wireline Consultant around, as well as Kyla Emmorey as Customer Service Support.
Here at CBI, one of our CORE Values is Philanthropy. By supporting our community, we sponsored the 3rd Annual Grand Rapids Walk for Autism on May 5th. The proceeds earned through this event will go to help support the families of the Autism Support of Kent County Program. During the months leading up to the Walk, CBI held a donation competition which helped contribute an additional $1,000 to the cause.
