Mobile Lifecycle Coordinator
Location: Bucharest, Romania
The Mobile Lifecycle Coordinator (MLC) role will replace the Local Mobile Coordinators in the current customer set up. The MLC position will support client’s by providing a multiple point of contact for client’s and end users to gain assistance with ordering, reporting, maintaining, troubleshooting, getting answers, and solving problems with their wireless devices.
Duties and responsibilities
- Process Mobility orders for the client
- Contact vendors when needed
- Redirect users to IT if needed
- Basic troubleshooting
- Prepare recurring monthly and quarterly reporting as well as answer client requests for custom reports.
- Prepare wireless optimization reports and discuss with client prior to implementation
- Internal client projects
- Take end user calls and assist in activating/processing orders received
- Understand each client’s unique needs and ordering portals
- Follow outline/procedures for each client’s requirements
- Understand and Follow order process
- Document each order according to CBI process
- Suggest changes and improvements to make the processes more efficient
- Communicate status and/or resolution with client
- Ensure client’s data and in-country procedures are kept up to date at all time
