We want to thank you for being a valued customer.   We want you to know that the health and wellbeing of our customers, our employees and our community is of outmost importance, and we are closely monitoring the emerging situation regarding Covid-19.

 

We are currently open for business and have a team dedicated to our response to the Covid-19 pandemic.  Our Business Continuity Plans ensure that we will continue to provide services at the highest level.  Ninety-five percent of our office-based employees have successfully transitioned to work-from-home environments with no disruption in service levels.

 

CBI’s leadership has taken swift actions to weather the Covid-19 storm and keep CBI strong.  CBI is here for you. In our 30+ year history, CBI has weathered many storms. Our legacy is one of customer focus and employee care. Together, as a company, we are committed to preserving that legacy for you.
